Instead of a new rider, Erich decided to pass Juna3 on to a non-profit organisation, Biketrack, which works mainly in the Susa Valley and is committed to the promotion of sustainable mobility.

Jacopo Spatola, president of the association, went right away into action, by bringing Juna3 to the Redbike mechanics for a general inspection and basic maintenance.

Jacopo and the Biketrack riders decided to tackle two missions in one day: cycle 100 km with Juna3, from the dam of Moncenisio in France, along the Via Francigena in the Susa Valley, to the velodrome in Turin.

Bike Pride and Fiab Torino Bici & Dintorni, prominent organizations in Turin, immediately offered to support Biketrack in this adventure, doing everything possible to help them accomplish these two missions.

Many cyclists challenged themselves to ride on a trail, that is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful valley.

Here is a serie of photographs about this epic day in the Susa Valley.

Missions accomplished:
· Mission 16 - Ride 100km in one day
· Mission 73 - Ride in a velodrome

JunaProject expresses heartfelt appreciation to the “Vallesusa Tesori di Arte e Cultura Alpina” (Vallesusa Art Treasures and Alpine Culture) for making us discover this beautiful region.
